• Formation of contract: The Purchaser places binding orders online with KETTENBACH. Acceptance occurs when the goods are dispatched or when confirmed by email from KETTENBACH. KETTENBACH sells exclusively to dental professionals.
• Pricing: Prices are quoted in GBP and are exclusive of VAT. VAT and shipping are added at checkout.
• Payment and delivery: Full payment is due at the time of order. Shipping is conducted within the United Kingdom only. Delivery dates are estimates and non-binding. Dispatch is subject to product availability. Free shipping applies for orders of £50 or more. Risk passes to the Purchaser upon physical delivery of the goods to the delivery address.
• Fulfilment: Orders placed by 14:00 on weekdays are typically shipped the same day; otherwise, shipping occurs the next business day.
• Warranty: KETTENBACH warrants that upon delivery the delivered product is of the agreed quality. The Purchaser must inspect the goods on receipt and report any delivery error, transport damage or functional issues within 5 business days.
• Returns and refunds: Returns require prior authorization from KETTENBACH. Unapproved returns will not be accepted or processed. Unused items in their original packaging must be returned within 30 days in resellable condition. Certain items may be excluded. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. The Purchaser bears return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrectly delivered. Always contact KETTENBACH to return products.
